1. Introduction:

The NGFF Automotive "Get Paid" referral program is designed to reward ambassadors of our dealership for spreading the word about our dealership! Payments will be made via Visa Debit Cards. The program is simple, $100 for the first referral that buys a car from us and $200 for every other referral that buys a car from us! To Get Paid you and your referral must satisfy all of the following terms and conditions. There will not be any exceptions made for this program. This program is intended to be a Win Win Win for all parties. Please do not turn a positive opportunity in to a negative.

2. Eligibility:

- The person making the referral must be a registered referrer prior to the referrer make a purchase. This is done by completing the registration form on http://getpaid.ngffautomotive.com.

- All referral transactions will be tracked by there referrer’s phone number that was used at the time of registration.

- All referrals must be submitted prior to the date of purchase to qualify for a referral payment.

- No sales made prior to 2/16/2024 are eligible for any reason.

- Only vehicle sales that fully fund and are registered to a referred party will be eligible for a referral payment. Referring a customer that does not purchase and finalize a car deal will not be eligible for payment.

3. Referral Process:

- There are 2 ways for a referral to be submitted to our dealership.

1. The referrer can complete the online form at https://getpaid.ngffautomotive.com/refernow. This form is used to refer a friend or family member to NGFF Automotive.

2. The person being referred can notify NGFF Automotive that they were referred by a specific referrer by submitting their information at https://getpaid.ngffautomotive.com/whosentya

4. Referral Rewards:

- For the 1st registered referral that completes the transaction to purchase a vehicle from NGFF Automotive, a $100 payment will be made to the individual that made the referral.

- For the 2nd referral and every referral following, $200 payment will be made to the individual that made the referral.

5. Payment Methods:

- Payments will be made via Visa Debit Cards.

Visa Debit Cards can be picked up in person at the dealership located at 401 Interchange St McKinney, TX 75071.

If you would like the Visa card mailed, there is a $20 fee. The Visa Card will be mailed using FedEx with a tracking number.

- Once the Visa Card is mailed via FedEx, NGFF Automotive cannot and will not ensure the delivery of the card to the right person and will not under any circumstances issue a replacement card.

- Payments will not be made until all monies are collected on the referral car deal.

- NGFF Automotive owes no referral payments for any efforts or actions that do not result in a sale of a car to a referred party.

6. Referral Tracking:

- NGFF Automotive uses a CRM to track all registrations of referrers and referrals. It is imperative that all participants in the Get Paid program use the forms and tools to ensure the accuracy of tracking referrals and payments.

7. Promotional Materials:

- Provide marketing collateral (e.g., digital flyers, social media posts) that referrers can use to share information about the program with their network may be made available from time to time but not guaranteed to be made available.

8. Program Duration:

- This program will continue under the guidelines found on this page "Program Details" but can cease to continue at any given time with out notice to any of the participants, including the referrers or the referred.

9. Communication:

- By registering as a referrer, you agree to receive correspondence from NGFF Automotive from time to time via multiple channels including but not limited to email, SMS Text Message, Facebook Messenger, Phone Calls, and others.

- When a referrer submits a referral to the Get Paid program, the referrer is attesting that they have permission to share the referrals personal information and the referral is aware that NGFF Automotive will attempt to contact them in regards to the purchase of a vehicle.

10. Terms and Conditions:

- The terms and conditions may change at the discresion of NGFF Automotive for any reason, at any time. This program can cease to exist at any time.

-NGFF Automtoive employees and family memebers of employees are not eligible for the Get Paid referral program. Void where prohibited.
